Our Story
When the founders of Ark Valley Distillery first realized they had a dream to make distilled spirits, the world was in the beginning of the Global Pandemic. Established circa June 2020, Ark Valley Distillery has had its share of hurdles to overcome. Through hard work, dedication, and countless hours of research and development, they were able to bring award winning distilled spirits to Southeastern Coloradans. Ark Valley Vodka embodies the spirit of the days of old, as well as, the promise of the future.

History
When we started their journey, we knew that they wanted to envelope Southeast Colorado's rich farming heritage into their distilled spirits. At the turn of the century, sugar beet farming was the major crop in Southeast Colorado. It is because of this rich heritage that Ark Valley Distillery chose to make our Vodka with beet sugar. At one time, spirits made with beet sugar were called Sugar Shine. As a tribute to days of old, and heritage abound, Ark Valley Vodka was born. We look forward to what the future may hold for Southeastern Colorado's Distilled Spirits.
